Your Role & Impact As a Dentist at TrueCare, you’ll provide comprehensive dental services and preventive education to patients of all ages. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise dental assistants, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. You’ll also support clinical operations, mentor students, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR system. What We’re Looking For License from the State of California as Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) Current BLS certification through American Heart Association X-Ray License Minimum 6 months of experience as a practicing Dentist Available to work a Saturday rotation Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish), 2–3 years of experience, familiarity with community health center regulations Why Join Us We’re a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to making quality care accessible for everyone. The pay range for this role is $155,000 - $270,000 on an annual basis Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.
