community hospital Description: We are seeking an experienced
Registered Nurse specializing in Case Management. The position
involves working days from Monday to Friday with every other
weekend coverage. The shift hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
Experience in community hospitals and proficiency with the Cerner
charting system is essential. A CPI Blue Card from the Crisis
Prevention Institute is required for this role. Candidates must
possess a valid state nursing license when applying. All required
certifications must be current and available at the time of
application. Two supervisor references are required upon
application. The role includes working with interdisciplinary teams
to provide comprehensive patient care. The patient population
includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. No return time off is
permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment. A maximum
of 7 days of requested time off per 13-week contract is highly
preferred. All requests for time off must be submitted and cannot
be changed after submission. Local candidates are accepted. The
manager may or may not conduct interviews, and candidates should be
