Room, supporting patients and their families through
individualized, holistic treatment plans designed to promote
healing and positive outcomes. This contract role requires
proactive collaboration with healthcare teams to manage complex
clinical situations and advocate for patient rights and comfort.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient and family assessments to
identify physical, emotional, and educational needs. Develop,
implement, and evaluate patient-specific nursing plans of care
using a comprehensive nursing process. Provide age- and
culturally-appropriate interventions to meet holistic health goals.
Serve as a patient and family advocate, fostering participation in
healthcare decisions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
coordinate and enhance patient care. Document patient responses and
care activities in accordance with established protocols. Delegate
nursing tasks appropriately to support healthcare team
effectiveness. Address educational needs using adult learning
principles to improve patient and family understanding. Navigate
complex or high-risk situations by seeking additional resources and
