We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Optical / Medical Technician who enjoys helping people, learning new skills, and being part of a close-knit team. What You’ll Do This role combines patient care, eyewear support, and light administrative work. Responsibilities include: Assisting patients with frame and lens selection Performing pre-testing and basic technical support during exams Adjusting, repairing, and fitting eyewear Preparing and processing eyewear orders Supporting inventory and maintaining a clean, organized optical area Providing friendly, professional customer service throughout the patient experience Assisting with basic front-office or clinic tasks as needed You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: Enjoy working directly with people and helping them make decisions Are comfortable learning both technical and customer-facing skills Like staying busy and wearing multiple hats Pay close attention to detail and follow processes well Work well as part of a team and communicate clearly Experience & Qualifications Optical, medical, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. Paid DOE Strong customer service or retail experience is highly valued. We’re happy to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn!
