Good day. We have an immediate need for outpatient pulmonary coverage in Northern California area. Outpatient Clinic Only no call, and no weekends required. Could Be Fulltime or Part-time. It provides a wide range of health, social and support services with special advocacy for the poor and underserved. The 342-bed facility includes the nationally recognized Heart & Vascular Institute and The Joint Commission-certified Stroke Programs. Northern California - Pulmonary- Locum Tenens Position Details: Outpatient PULM only need for Sacramento.No call, no weekends, M-F.We need one locum tenens provider until we find permanent provider.Could be locum tenens to permanent. Could be Locums to Perm prefer full time, or possibly 2 providers splitting. Assignment Dates: ASAP-OngoingAssignment Duration: Full timeNotes/CommentsClinic: current see 18-15 patients per day.M-F: 8-5, no call, no weekends. Candidates will have to go through credentialing at the foundation only. Hospital requires a questionnaire to be filled out before they send the credentialing packet to candidate. Foundation conduct verification and peer reference checking. Foundation goes back 6 years, CREDENTIALING NOTES/CONTACTS: Medical Foundation MF goes 6 years back. Our organization, which leads the state in open-heart surgery, is accredited as a Certified Chest Pain Center with PCI, the first Northern California -area hospital with this distinction. It also houses the first CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities)-accredited Acute Rehabilitation Unit in the region. Additionally, our organization is a respected center for maternity care, orthopedics, spine care and oncology. As this is clinic only, credentialing through the foundation should only take a couple weeks.
