Now get after it your new career is calling! We are now looking for a dynamic, service-dedicated Guest Services Manager to join our team! Essential job duties:

  • Responsible for managing and completing a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents' families and caregivers.
  • Participate as an active member of the community's management team in developing plans for hospitality services including service offerings, customer communication, satisfaction measurements and input for program development.
  • Develop strategic networking and alliances with appropriate business partners and vendors. This position requires superior communication skills, the ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents, guests and staff. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotel hospitality and/or senior services (preferred). Previous management experience required. Benefits and Beyond!
