Cook Department Reports to Cook Supervisor Non-exempt ACCOUNTABILITIES Strategic Stay current culinary trends Operational o Keep informed about kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, broilers, slicers, steamers, kettles, etc. Tactical o Ensure freshness of food & ingredients o Weigh, measure, & mix ingredients according to recipes o Bake, grill, or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods o Boil & steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods o Arrange, garnish, & serve food o Clean work areas, equipment, utensils, & dishes o Cook, handle, & store food or ingredients o Work efficiently under pressure & within time limits, and during busy periods (turn-around for golfers for e.g.) Clear tables & keep dining areas clean Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Know & adhere to company's vision statement Know & adhere to company's mission statement Provide excellent customer service to guests, event attendees, employees, & anyone who visits the golf course Tools & Equipment Use Equipment Golf Cart Personal Computers Radio General Office Equipment including copiers, facsimile machines Top Tracer Range Software Excel Outlook PowerPoint Word Social media platforms used by Arrowood, including Facebook, Instagram
