A company is looking for a Concierge Representative in the

Key Responsibilities:
Educating HCP offices on coverage eligibility for POC therapy
Ensuring HCP offices understand required documentation
Communicating with HCP offices regularly and responding to
questions in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of sales/service experience
Customer service experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Competitive and sales driven with soft skills to work within a team
structure
Proficient using technology platforms to connect with customers
