Job Description:
A company is looking for a Catapult Development Program
participant for a work-from-home position.
Key Responsibilities
Engage in competency-based training and group exercises to develop
professional skills
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a full-time call center
role after program completion
Maintain consistent engagement with the program team and discuss
personal and professional growth
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft
Office
Basic experience in using a PC
Ability to maintain strong attendance and be a team player
