This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to customer service. Key Responsibilities: Apply pest control treatments in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and maintenance practices. Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to develop effective pest management strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, pest control methods, and safety protocols. Skills and Qualifications: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in pest control preferred. Previous experience in pest control or a related field is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions. PAY TRANSPARENCY This position is hourly plus production commission Annual Pay Range Based on 40/hr week: $35,880 to $44,770 Plus Annual Commission Range $5,000 to $35,000 Requirements Requirements CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS Required: unexpired CA Driver's license and clean driving record Required: Branch 2 Applicator's License Preferred: Wildlife Trapping License Preferred: Branch 2 Field Representative License WORK EXPERIENCE One to two years as a licensed Branch 2 Applicator. Previous experience in customer service.
