A company is looking for a Sales Engineering
Sourcer/Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement strategies to build pipelines across Sales
teams through various sourcing methods
Engage passive candidates and manage multiple requisitions while
ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team goals and
facilitate interview processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced
environment
1-2 years of hiring experience for Sales Engineers or Solutions
Architects
Proven ability as a strategic sourcer and closer
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience
