Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Clinician Recruiter to
provide full lifecycle recruiting support for clinical and
leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clinical and
leadership positions, including sourcing and screening
candidates
Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with leadership on clinician talent planning and advise
on compensation and market variables
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in recruiting Advanced Practice Clinicians,
Physicians, or clinical leadership
Knowledge of employment law related to hiring practices
Advanced talent sourcing experience, including internet mining and
networking
Intermediate experience with CRM software and applicant tracking
systems
Ability to work remotely in Oregon, preferably in Portland, Eugene,
or Corvallis
