Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to manage
caregiver schedules and support agency operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage monthly caregiver schedules and address urgent
scheduling issues
Collaborate with the recruiting team to monitor and plan for
staffing needs
Assist in maintaining credentials of clinical employees and provide
exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Staffing experience preferred, with alternatives including call
center experience in customer service
Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background is
a plus
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to work overtime as needed due to staffing demands
