A company is looking for a Customer Technical Support
Representative.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for software, hardware, database, citrix,
and network issues
Resolve problems and guide users through step-by-step solutions
Conduct technical research and maintain support documentation
Qualifications:
High School Degree and 2 to 4 years of experience
Prior call center experience required
Some advanced Computer/IT Training
Knowledge of IT operations and incident management processes
Ability to work effectively in a chaotic and stressful work
environment
