  • US Citizenship with an active Secret (or higher) security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a computer related field
  • 8+ years of software design, code and test experience
  • Strong software architecture, design, and development experience using Java.
  • Software development, coding, and debugging experience across the entire development lifecycle
  • Experience with Java Web Services, XML, JSON, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience integrating with external components and APIs and working with schemas
  • Experience with GitLab or similar tools for software management, version control, and builds
  • Experience with Agile development and issue tracking systems, such as GitLab or JIRA
  • Experience with software build tools, such as Visual Studio and Eclipse
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Experience with team leadership or the desire for leadership experience and mentoring roles
  • Ability to innovate, evaluate and research new technologies while staying abreast of industry trends
  • Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong fundamentals to implement, and sometimes design, novel algorithms and software featuresPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Understanding of Java Spring Micro-Services using 12 Factor design principles
    • Experience with leadership such as being a Subject Matter Expert or lead of a team
    • Experience designing and developing high level software architectures
    • Experience with integrating software components, services, or applications from external/partner companies
    • Experience with ElasticSearch, Postgres or other Relational Database
    • Experience using DevSecOps tools such as Git, Gitlab, Docker, Fortify, ArgoCD, ArgoWorkflow
    • Experience with Kafka messaging or other message brokers
    • SAFeAgile framework, or related agile conceptsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
