Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Re
presentative Engage proactively with customers in retail
environments and local events, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and
assisting with inquiries. Undergo comprehensive training on
Frontier’s fiber internet, TV, and voice solutions, developing
expertise in telecommunications products. Provide clear and
detailed assistance, addressing inquiries on Frontier services,
promotions, billing, and basic technical support. Assess customer
needs, identifying opportunities to recommend tailored Frontier
services that best suit their requirements. Troubleshoot Frontier
devices and services, patiently guiding customers through steps to
resolve common technical issues. Facilitate account management,
assisting with service upgrades, payments, and changes to ensure a
seamless customer experience. Apply effective engagement
strategies, building strong customer relationships through trust
and meaningful interactions. Keep accurate records of customer
interactions, service concerns, and resolutions in the CRM system
for efficient follow-ups Collaborate with sales teams, contributing
