Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist users with inquiries ranging from basic product questions to
complex legal issues
Become an expert user of the product and provide guidance and
training to clients
Gather user insights and report on customer service trends to
improve product development
Required Qualifications:
Experience in a professional environment, preferably in the legal
field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Familiarity with customer support processes and software
Experience with legal research tools and writing knowledge base
