California is seeking Employment Litigation Associates to join its

are looking for associates at all levels to support our employment
litigation practice. Successful candidates will work closely with
employer clients to defend against single-plaintiff employment
claims in both court and arbitration, as well as manage responses
to administrative charges. While experience with wage and hour

Assistance Program Job Details Key Responsibilities: Represent
employer clients in employment litigation matters, including
depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials/arbitrations
Investigate and assess claims, develop case strategies, and
evaluate liability and damages Conduct legal research and draft a
variety of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and
memoranda Manage discovery processes, including drafting and
responding to discovery requests Communicate effectively with
clients, internal teams, and opposing counsel Maintain a billable
target of 1,850 hours annually Qualifications: J.D. from an
ABA-accredited law school Active California Bar membership, in good
standing Minimum of 2 years’ experience in employment law preferred
Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills Strong verbal
communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfort with
courtroom appearances and involvement in depositions and mediations
Trial experience is beneficial but not mandatory Location & Work
Environment: Hybrid work arrangement available Candidates must
reside within commuting distance to one of the firm’s offices in
