401k Plan PTO Job Details Support attorneys in drafting estate
plans and trusts Draft and prepare legal documents Organize and
manage case files efficiently. Communicate with clients,
beneficiaries, and relevant parties. Conduct legal research and
gather pertinent information. Schedule meetings, hearings, and
court appearances. Handle a high volume of cases with precision.
Apply Southern California court rules. Qualifications: Minimum of 3
years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably with experience
drafting estate plans and/or trusts Experience utilizing LexisNexis
Excellent communication skills. Proficient in legal research and
document preparation. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability
to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in
legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willing to work in a
Hybrid work environment (1-2 days in office). Interested in hearing
