My SoCal Lawyer, a prestigious law firm based in Upland, CA, is
seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team.
We specialize in personal injury, family law, and estate planning
and are committed to delivering exceptional legal services tailored
to our clients' unique needs. This role is ideal for a passionate
advocate who thrives in a challenging environment and is keen on
making a significant impact through their expertise in litigation
and advocacy. Manage a caseload of litigation files from beginning
to end. Draft and review pleadings, discovery documents, and
motions. Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediation
sessions. Advise clients on their legal rights and responsibilities
regarding personal injury, family law, and estate planning matters.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of the client effectively. Work
collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure
strategic alignment on case strategy. Maintain up-to-date knowledge
of changes in legislation that may affect the client's cases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and
written communication Proficient in legal research tools and
platforms Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability
to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively Medical

Current membership in the California State Bar required Court
