seek a Production and Inventory Planner who will be integral in the
development of a World-Class brand. Immediate Functions: · Setup of
new model information and BOMs; manages through the complete
product life cycle. · Manages raw material inventory levels to
ensure accuracy of finished goods; understands lead times on
components for future PO placement. · Prepare purchase orders for
all components/parts. · Oversees ERP system data to ensure the
accuracy of product delivery dates, costs, and pricing information
for all products. · Creates and monitors weekly production
schedules, understands key milestones, and effectively manages and
communicates plan changes to the internal team. · Assists in
optimizing inventory through effective supply planning, forecasting
& replenishment scheduling. · Communicates with global teams /
3PL’s on new model / SKU information & purchase order tracking. ·
Supports new model launches by ensuring a successful system
integration, i.e., product detail information is accurate and
syncing properly (ERP à Shopify). · Assists in the logistics of
order movement from the supplier to the final destination. The
ideal candidate for us would have: · Bachelor’s degree preferred,
minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a professional
environment. · Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and
Word required; Experience using an ERP system. · Ability to
collect, gather, organize, compare, and distribute data from
factories, suppliers, and sub-suppliers to key team members. ·
Exceptional attention to detail, brings care and thoughtfulness to
their work, and highly attentive to details. · Skilled at proactive
planning and time management, and ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously. · Self-motivated; willing to roll-up
sleeves and do everything needed to bring a product to market. ·
Ability to interpret and analyze information and propose ideas for
solutions. · Entrepreneurial spirit; actively seeks out change,
innovation, and continuous improvement. · Insane references who
would hire you back, stat. · Go-to semi-dirty joke. · 1 secret
handshake. LEADERSHIP & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT · Promote an environment
that fosters respect for the ideas of others and supports ongoing
collaboration to execute business strategies. · Leads by example

process improvement and best practices. The Production and
Inventory Planner position is based in our Oceanside, CA office.
