Job Description At PIRCH we are empowered, knowledgeable and caring. As a Service and Warranty Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service and warranty through our partner New Leaf to ensure a seamless customer experience. In this role you will also maintain and analyze service records to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Essential Functions Receive, direct and relay telephone calls in a helpful manner Input service calls to vendor New Leaf Process quotes and orders in PIRCH systems Follow-up on service calls with customers Schedule new service call appointments Work with vendors to schedule and route field service technicians Update customer care database with status of service calls, diagnosis and parts needed Contact vendors regarding service part orders Process billing documents to vendors and customers Input information with a high degree of accuracy and speed Use organizational tools and systems to ensure tasks are completed as promised Other project and support needs as assigned Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer focused approach to helping solve problems Works well with the immediate members of the team as well as other members of the organization Good problem-solving skills Good listening skills Takes initiative to make decisions on one---s own Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as proprietary phone and computer systems Attributes Adaptable - Ability to change depending on the situation Empathetic --- Put yourself in the customer---s shoes and understand where they are coming from in order to better assist them. Deals well with conflict and skilled in de-escalation Demonstrates good judgment Patient --- Keep your cool regardless of the nature communication, even when it is negative. Problem solver --- Ability to think on your feet and outside of the box to resolve customer issues.
