Job Description:

The Maryott for Congress Campaign is looking for a motivated individual looking for a leadership position in a closely-watched, high-profile Congressional campaign. California's 49th Congressional District has already been selected as a TARGET RACE by the National Republican Congressional Coalition, and a win here will help swing the U.S. House of Representatives to Republican Leadership.

Responsibilities:
Lead field efforts in an assigned territory within the district manage and recruit field staff and volunteers.
Organize and plan community events, rallies, and fundraisers within assigned territory
Analyze field data and assist in campaign messaging towards different demographics of voters
Train volunteers and field staff on communicating the candidate's platform on complex issues.
Build relationships and create lasting impressions on important leaders in the city (mayors, city council members, business owners, local activists, etc.)

Requirements:
Availability to work full time
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interest in Politics/general knowledge of politics and current events
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Compensation
Salary plus substantial bonus and commission opportunity.
