A cutting edge Robert Half client is in immediate need of an efficient Data Entry Specialist for a 60-90 day contract assignment. This Oceanside-based role has an opportunity to be a permanent position based on performance in the contract role.

You will play a vital role in helping our client's Data Entry department achieve their goals. Please see below for the role's responsibilities and requirements:

How you will make an impact:

+ Handling high volume data entry

+ Auditing files

+ Utilizing multiple databases.

The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, proficient in MS Excel, and can handle high volume back-office duties.

Requirements

1 to 2+ year's experience in a Data Entry role

Strong computer skills including Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and customer database systems

High accuracy of at least 65 words per minute

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to multitask effectively
