Their job is to guide our customers through the esports journey from first time game play to their first tournament. What You---ll Do Assists in the creation and execution of Weekly, monthly, and national events Youth programming and camps Private events (birthdays, third-party, etc.) Community building Opening and closing of Localhost Adheres to all standard operating procedures and policies Responsible for handling point of sale transactions (POS) and deposits Digital and in-person community outreach to create partnerships between communities, neighbors, and tournament operators Active participation in event creation and execution; including promoting, outreach and facilitating tournaments Facilitator of a world class customer experience. Active engagement in customer relations and provide solutions to Providing an exemplary level of customer service at all times.
