Job Description:
A social media management technology company needs applicants
for an opening for a Remote People Business Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Collaborating and building trusted relationships with
leadership
Advising and at times developing strategies related to compensation
practices
Recommending, developing, and operationalizing best practices and
processes required to scale our business
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
6+ years of experience as an HR Practitioner
2 years of experience as a People Business Partner aligned to
Revenue teams
Partner with your manager to define key success metrics for your
role
Conduct initial 1:1s with employees and managers and other key
strategic partners
