Job Description European Wax Center is currently seeking a sensational Assistant Manager who can oversee and train our guest service associates.This position will include the hiring for, training and running of the receptionist desk. • Experience managing others
• Desire to train, motivate and coach a team
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and associates
• Experience in hiring and scheduling
• Computer skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, email and POS)
• Have customer service experience
• Have the flexibility to react quickly to changing circumstances
• Have good judgement
• Maintain the EWC culture within the center
