Integration is currently seeking Wounded Warrior Customer Care
Representatives (CCR) to support operations of the Marine Corps
Wounded Warrior Contact Center at Camp Pendleton, CA. The CCR is
the first echelon of outreach and assistance after the service
member being reported in a personnel casualty report. Care
Representatives answer incoming calls and conduct outreach calls
with wounded, ill and injured active duty Marines family members to
assess their support needs. and sailors as well as conduct outreach
to service members going through the Integrated Disability
Evaluation System (IDES). and/or Based on these assessments, they
will provide information and guidance toward relevant resources,
benefits, and entitlements that will assist with their individual
needs. Members of the Contact Centers work closely with the Wounded
Warrior Battalions on each coast to ensure service members are
provided accurate information while going through the Integrated
Disability Evaluation System (IDES) process to ensure they are
receiving the appropriate resources to aid in their recovery,
return to full duty or assigned a higher level of assistance to
enable them to medically retire.Care Representatives serve as
liaisons between Marines and the entity providing resource support
to ensure positive contact is established and pertinent information
is relayed to focus efforts and address the Marines' needs. Equally
important, Care Representatives must fully ascertain and capture
the essence of the Marines' concerns/issues and properly document
the information in a case management database. Care Representatives
typically work M-F from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Hours may vary depending
on customer needs.Requirements Minimum education: High school
diplomaMinimum experience: One year of experience in providing
customer support, counseling, medical or related fieldKnowledge and
understanding of wellness support information and referral
servicesDemonstrates knowledge of military culture. Marine Corps
experience / familiarity is preferredAbility to demonstrate
compassion, patience and understand in dealing with individuals
with varying support needsMust have the ability to access Base;
vehicle, California driver's licenseMust be fully vaccinated
against COVID-19 and provide proof of evidenceMust possess a
current favorable T-3, T3R or National Agency Check with Local
Agency and Credit Checks (NACLC) background checkKSA Integration is
