Role Overview:--- Directly supervise and manage the manufacturing and production processes of 3D printed concrete products.--- Participate in the daily 3D printing operations and support packaging and shipping departments.--- Implement and utilize automated material handling systems to streamline the production of 3D printed concrete products.--- Work closely with the executive team to align factory output with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:--- Develop implementation strategy for factory output in collaboration with company management.--- Coordinate and optimize teams, processes and operations for efficient product production.--- Oversee R&D efforts to aid in the proliferation of company products and equipment.--- Enforce quality control and ensure proper methods and equipment use.--- Steward all related factory technical materials in a professionally organized manner.Required Qualifications:--- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.--- Willingness to jump right in and take a hands-on approach to solving problems as they arise.--- Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail orientation, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.Preferred Qualifications:--- Previous experience in the concrete precast industry.--- Experience deploying automation solutions for manufacturing processes.--- Proficiency in computational design using Rhino/Grasshopper.--- Engineering degree with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience.--- Prior experience in a management or supervisory role.Skills:--- Ability to analyze and solve a wide range of manufacturing problems.--- Detailed-oriented, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.--- Excellent communication skills, able to justify and explain decision-making processes.--- Leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.--- Adaptable, capable of learning quickly in a rapidly evolving field.--- Technically proficient, able to steward factory technical materials professionally.Teamwork & Collaboration:--- Collaborate with various internal teams, including design, engineering, and sales, to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.--- Foster a culture of open communication and mutual respect, nurturing team members' professional growth.--- Be part of critical decision-making processes, contributing to the company's strategic direction and innovation.Benefits & Opportunities:--- Competitive salary that matches your experience and skills.--- Full company-paid health benefits.--- 401K matching plan to secure your future.--- Plenty of professional development opportunities.--- Potential to increase responsibility and grow as the company expands.Application Process:--- Interested candidates should apply for this job with resume and cover letter.--- Submissions without a cover letter will not be considered.--- Position is open until filled; we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
