Job Description:
A company is looking for a Re-Engagement Outreach
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach to members who have previously utilized the company's
services but have not scheduled follow-up appointments
Interact with current and potential members, as well as internal
care teams
Perform timely outreach to potential members discharged from acute
care facilities to offer support and understand their health
needs
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience
2-3 years of experience with post-acute care outreach or healthcare
preferred
Typing skills of 40 wpm or better
Confidence and strong self-assuredness in cold-calling and
educating potential members
Experience working with Salesforce and Athena or other EMR
preferred
