Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Training Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Customer Service Managers and Sales team members
to prepare and update training material
Train call center agents for seasonal readiness
Build and maintain training materials for tax preparers
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Articulate 360, and Storyline
360
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
English/Spanish bilingual abilities helpful
Strong organizational skills
