Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dispatch/Intake team member for their
Administration department.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and dispatch callouts for field technicians in
multiple service lines and states
Work closely with dispatch team, field managers, and technicians to
ensure timely response to job requests
Communicate with customers and update job statuses in the online
system
Required Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience preferred
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Strong team player and able to work independently with minimal
supervision
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and comfortable using
technology
