Job Description:
A company is looking for an IHC Outreach Coordinator for a
remote position in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach via telephone and SMS to educate and inform
members of available clinical programs or important screenings
relevant to them
Ensure IHC patients remain connected to care throughout their time
in IHC, coordinating care delivery with the IHC care team
Schedule in-home medical appointments and provide call support for
IHC patients with questions
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience in a
customer/patient-serving role
Health insurance experience, preferably in Medicare Advantage
Availability to work variable shifts to support members across
multiple time zones
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and
documentation skills
