A company is looking for a Client Success Advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer support inquiries and provide timely and helpful
responses
Assist the sales team by triaging applications, following up with
leads, and scheduling calls
Support clients by providing encouragement, managing FAQs, and
assisting with tech support
Required Qualifications:
Experience working with online businesses or digital marketing
teams
Comfortable with social media platforms and tech-savvy
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Previous experience in client/customer/sales team support
preferred
Strategic insight into community-building processes and sustainable
growth
