A company is looking for a Freelance Global Outplacement
Coach.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish rapport with participants and motivate them to achieve
goals
Guide participants through the coaching process and milestone
completion
Advise and coach on career development, transition issues, and
career options
Required Qualifications:
Expertise in Career Development including Career Planning,
branding, resume development, interviewing, networking, social
networking, internet job search, etc
Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience and understanding of
organizational structures, cultures, and decision-making
processes
Expertise in virtual coaching delivery, and savvy with
technology
A high-speed internet connection on a personal computer with
reliable audio/video will be required. Must be comfortable using
video conferencing tools, instant messenger tools (such as slack),
and booking links
Advanced proficiency in English; verbal and written
communications
