Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Research Scientist in
Bioinformatics.
Key Responsibilities
Apply solutions for analysis of high-dimensional data sets to
support drug discovery programs and platform development
Integrate external and internal multi-omics data sets to provide
mechanistic insights and support novel target and biomarker
identification
Provide biological interpretation of complex datasets and present
them in a clear and understandable way
Required Qualifications
Experience analyzing functional genomics, proteomics, and
multi-omics data integration
Strong skills in programming languages such as R, Python, and Linux
shell scripting
Understanding of statistical concepts and modeling procedures
Experience with handling and processing raw sequencing data
M.S. degree with 5 years of experience or Ph.D. with relevant
experience in bioinformatics and computational biology
