Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Specialist-Retirement to
provide customer support for retirement plan accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to service inquiries from clients, advisors, TPAs, and
client executives
Handle client transactions, including payroll, distribution, and
enrollment needs
Support the coordination of complex plan activities, including fund
changes and product conversions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work
experience
One year of customer service experience
Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Retirement industry experience preferred
ASPPA designation or related coursework preferred
