A company is looking for a Supplier Performance Specialist to
manage supplier relationships and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate customer feedback related to hotel and transportation
issues
Track performance data and create action plans to resolve recurring
supplier issues
Maintain supplier relationships through regular communication and
presentations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar
role
Knowledge of the travel industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams; medium-level
Excel and PowerPoint skills
