A company is looking for a part-time Executive Outplacement (Job
Search) Career Coach based in the New York City area.
Key Responsibilities
Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve their
career goals
Guide employees through the coaching process and assist with
milestone completion
Advise and coach candidates on career development, job search
strategies, and personal branding
Required Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience in career coaching for executives
across various industries
Bachelor's degree
Significant high-level business experience working at the Director
level or above for at least five years
Experience with virtual coaching using Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Proficient with technology and maintaining a high-speed internet
connection
