Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Financial Specialist
Associate to work from home in Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-stop service for patients, addressing issues related to
processes and functions
Perform accounts receivable functions, including cash collection
and management of financial assistance programs
Educate patients on billing, insurance, and regulatory issues while
ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
Experience in billing systems is beneficial
Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
