Job Description:
A company is looking for an Arbitration Specialist I to manage
out-of-network dispute submissions through arbitration
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor arbitration deadlines and manage assigned disputes
Support the filing of disputes and maintain electronic case
files
Communicate with the arbitration management team regarding trends
and issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of related experience
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word and Excel
Basic knowledge of managed care programs and healthcare billing
preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology and coding preferred
