100% Remote - Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide best-in-class
service
Utilize CRM systems for technical inquiries and ensure accurate
record-keeping
Meet productivity needs and adhere to all relevant policies and
procedures
Required Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and
systems
Self-starter with internal motivation and ability to multi-task
Passion for helping customers and establishing rapport
