Job Description:
A company is looking for an ERP Transformation Change Impact
Lead to facilitate organizational transformation through ERP and
digital implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change impact assessment frameworks and
tools
Execute risk mitigation plans to minimize business disruptions and
ensure change readiness
Establish stakeholder engagement strategies and provide insights on
change risks and readiness levels
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in ERP implementations and organizational
change management
Proven expertise in change impact assessment frameworks and risk
mitigation strategies
Strong understanding of ERP platforms and their impact on business
processes
Experience managing multiple projects across various business
functions
Certifications in Change Management and ERP systems are
preferred
