Job Description:
A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor (Overnight
Shift) - Weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for families seeking
behavioral health treatment after hours
Conduct initial phone assessments to understand the needs of
potential clients and their families
Accurately document all interactions in Salesforce CRM and
coordinate with internal teams for continuity of care
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in admissions, call center, customer
service, or sales roles; healthcare or behavioral health experience
is a plus
A tech-savvy individual capable of navigating systems like
Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
A calm, caring, and professional presence when working with
families in stressful situations
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or
bachelor's degree is preferred
