Job Description:
A company is looking for a Research Compliance Business Partner
who will manage regulatory compliance for the Research Program.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and audit research-related activities to ensure compliance
with policies and regulations
Conduct risk assessments and develop compliance management plans
based on findings
Provide training and support to the research community regarding
compliance and audit processes
Required Qualifications
6-9 years of applicable experience in research compliance or
related field
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
Knowledge of federal regulations and institutional policies related
to human subjects research
Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA, and HIPAA
regulations
Familiarity with clinical research procedures and compliance
monitoring
