A company is looking for a Depo Client Care Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of Deposition Client Success
Specialists, providing training and support
Monitor performance metrics and handle escalated client issues to
ensure satisfactory resolutions
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process
improvements and automation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory experience in a customer service or call
center environment
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the legal industry, preferably in
deposition services
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in coaching and
developing teams
Proficiency in customer service systems and call center
technology
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
