Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Engage potential patients through outbound calls to promote and
enroll them in services
Maintain accurate enrollment records and collaborate with
leadership to improve the enrollment process
Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets and performance
metrics
Required Qualifications
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
1+ years of sales experience required
2+ years of work experience in eye care or a related field
preferred
Proficient with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
preferred
Ability to work remotely with reliable Wifi access
