Job Description:

*Job Location: * Oceanside, CA

*Qualifications: *
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience and ability.

* 4 years' experience in manufacturing, supply chain management or related field.

* Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP with a solid understand of discrete manufacturing, bills of material.

* Demonstrated skills in supplier operational and relationship management.

* *CPIM* or *APIC* training is a plus.

* Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively.

* Experience working in a warehouse, inventory management and logistics tasks.

* ---Excel experience is a must have.

*Responsibilities: *
* Responsible for ensuring raw materials and components are delivered to production sites to support production needs.

* Responsible for creating and maintaining the Production Schedule.

* Inventory strategies, schedule changes and associated material planning implications, manage and solve exceptions, and drive supplier execution.

* Daily management of supply and constraints, status reporting and escalation, supplier engagement and the relentless pursuit of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

* Requires cross-functional engagement.
