Job Description:
A business solutions provider has an open position for a Remote
Payroll Tax Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Generating and distributes W-2's, W-2C's annually, and balances
year end processing
Ensuring Acosta's in-house payroll taxes are compliant with
federal, state and local regulations
Managing quarterly and annual adjustments with Payroll Tax
Supervisor
Required Skills:
Intermediate level proficiency with Excel spreadsheets to include
pivot tables and VLookup
Proficiency with ADP Enterprise and/or ADP Globalview (SAP
platform) software
Intermediate level knowledge of complexities of state and local
taxation, to include reciprocal agreements
3 to 5 years of specifically, Payroll Tax experience in a
multi-state and local jurisdictional environment
