Job Description:

JOB TITLE: Business Analyst

LOCATION: ONSITE (OCEANSIDE, CA)

DURATION: 6 MONTHS







Must have:

Good understanding of Biologics area

Understanding of GMP Facilities and IT Infrastructure

- Good exposure to diagramming and product management tools like Visio, JIRA etc



Good to have:

Strong Business Analyst skills

Good Communication and Deduction skills

Bachelors degree in Business/Finance/Management/Information Technology/Computer Science/ Business Analytics or in any related field. Masters level degree is a plus

- Min 2 years of experience in Life science domain and in business analyst in a client facing role

- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team

- Creating requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Use-cases, and any other artifact needed for the project

- Knowledge on Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Demonstrable track record of business analysis and requirements analysis for projects with multiple stakeholders and high organizational or process complexity
